Victoria Charko

Victoria Charko is a multi-dimensional artist who was born and raised in the west end of Toronto. Throughout her childhood she was surrounded by the artwork of her grandmother who inspired her love of painting. It is this inspiration which has cultured her to freely create ingenious pieces at a young age. Victoria studied graphic design at Seneca College where she began to take visual art more seriously producing a variety of paintings on canvas, vinyl, wood panels and various other mediums. Another artistic facet that Victoria is continuing to build is her photography. Victoria began shooting photos leisurely and then adapted this art form into a freelance career. She has done various projects within Toronto’s music scene, working with Bad-Perm, Big Ticket, Spoke N Heard, Aesthetic Magazine, The Beat Academy & Blare Magazine. Victoria is a member of Jimmy Chiale's 416 Gallery and apart of Franklin Carmichael Art Group. She aspires to make her mark in the Toronto art scene through her diverse and well-rounded artistry.
